ACDC 2012 HB101 First-time Homebuyer Classes:

January 28 & 29, 9:30am - 3pm (Chinese)

February 25 & 26, 9:30am - 3pm

March 24 & 25, 9:30am - 3pm

* HB101 is a 9 hour class over the course of two days.  Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion which qualifies them for first time homebuyer programs in Massachusetts.

ACDC is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Our homebuyer education and counseling services meet the criteria established by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative. ACDC's HB101 is CHAPA certified.

- Shopping for a home to meet your needs

- Building credit

- Budgeting and managing debt

- Introduction to the mortgage process

- Home inspection process

- Home insurance

- Legal process of buying a home
