Asian Community Development Corporation’s Comprehensive Home Ownership Program (CHOP) is the first step toward realizing the dream of owning a home. CHOP offers First Time Homebuyer Education Workshops in Cantonese and Mandarin. Mortgage Originators, Real Estate Brokers, Credit Counselors, Home Inspectors, Insurance agents and an Attorneys are invited as guest speakers to assist you in learning all aspects of the homebuying process:

The cost for the workshop:

Non-Members: $30.00 per Individual and $40.00 for family (limit 2 participants per family)

ACDC Members: $20.00 per Individual and $30.00 for family (limit 2 participants per family)
