Learn how you can own your own home!

The process of purchasing your first home can be confusing. Asian Community Development Corporation’s Comprehensive Home Ownership Program (CHOP) is the first step toward realizing the dream of owning a home. CHOP offers First Time Homebuyer Education Workshops in Cantonese and Mandarin. Mortgage Originators, Real Estate Brokers, Credit Counselors, Home Inspectors, Insurance agents and an Attorneys are invited as guest speakers to assist you in learning all aspects of the homebuying process:

 CHOP will help you:

Find the best housing option for your needs.

Understand the responsibilities that come with home ownership.

Become an informed consumer in today’s housing market.

Prepare your credit for home ownership

Develop a savings plan for your down payment

Decide what kind of mortgage is right for you

Schedule of upcoming workshops:
• Saturday & Sunday January, 27 and 28, 2007 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Cantonese)
 

We are currently offering Homebuying 101 courses in Cantonese and Mandarin.  To register for the next course Download the sign up form here

The cost for the workshop:

Non-Members: $30.00 per Individual and $40.00 for family (limit 2 participants per family)

ACDC Members: $20.00 per Individual and $30.00 for family (limit 2 participants per family)
