Looking for a Job? Need help finding employees? ACDC's economic development program activities focus on small Asian American businesses and Asian American start-up businesses. ACDC accomplishes this through advocacy, networking, job referrals, technical assistance, and loan origination services. ACDC is a member of the Community Business Network (CBN), a collaboration of 10 local CDCs that support the creation and growth of small businesses in Boston's neighborhoods. CBN provides a comprehensive set of business development services, including access to financing. As part of its workforce development activity, ACDC, in partnership with the Chinatown Coalition, organizes an annual job and job training fair that was attended in its seventh year by over 250 prospective employees and over 40 different employers from a range of industries looking to recruit for positions at all levels. In addition to small business assistance and workforce development, ACDC's economic development program has a number of innovative, funded projects that involve private-sector and academic institution partners. If you are looking for a job, internship, or volunteer opportunity, please see our opportunities page to find out more about the many positions available at ACDC. Community
