55 Hudson Construction Updates

Construction on ACDC’s 55 Hudson Street development began in September 2025. The tentative completion date is September 2027.

This project will create 110 all-affordable homes - 44 homeownership units and 66 rentals. The development will also include a new Boston Public Library branch in Chinatown.

Those interested in entering the affordable housing lottery to purchase or rent must wait until 2027. Sign up for ACDC’s mailing list at www.asiancdc.org/newsletter to receive updates on housing applications.

This milestone is a huge win for Chinatown and community activists in rebuilding Hudson Street. This development will transform a Chinatown parking lot into a community space that offers affordable housing, learning, community, public space, and cultural celebration

ACDC 的 55號乞臣街(Hudson Street) 專案發展項目已於 2025 年 9 月動工，預計於 2027 年 9 月完工。
